One Year of Key Events in the COVID-19 Timeline Visualized

Anupa Iman Ghosh, Avery Coop, and Nick Routley of Visual Capitalist put together a stunning chart visualizing one year of the coronavirus pandemic:

We may be somewhat biased since we've used the same tower chart format to track the progression of COVID-19 in 56 individual states and territories in the United States over the past year in what we call a skyline tower chart. Because what else would you call it when you see lots of tower charts side by side for convenient visual comparison!
